By accessing or using the jj33 website at jj33.ws, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any kind of bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If any part of these terms is not acceptable to you, you should not use jj33.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and jj33 ("the Platform"). They apply to all products and services available through jj33 including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, poker, virtual games and all promotional offers.

Each person may hold exactly one jj33 account. This is a strict rule. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, mobile numbers or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. This includes your real name as it appears on your CNIC, your active Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your jj33 account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify jj33 support immediately via live chat or email at support@jj33.ws.
• jj33 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a member's failure to keep their login details secure.
• Accounts registered using false information will be closed without notice and any balance held within them will be voided.
• jj33 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

All financial transactions on jj33 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards.

• jj33 charges zero fees on deposits or withdrawals. Transaction costs imposed by your payment provider are outside jj33's control.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as an anti-fraud measure.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed to accounts or wallets held in a name other than that registered with jj33.
• jj33 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing a withdrawal at any time.
• If a bonus is active on your account, withdrawal may be restricted until the relevant wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, jj33 may place a hold on a withdrawal pending investigation. Members will be notified if this applies to them.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on jj33 across all markets including cricket, PSL, football, tennis and all other sports offered on the platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, odds are fixed regardless of subsequent market movement.
• Minimum bet amounts are displayed in each market at the time of placement. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are subject to change.
• If a match or event is postponed and not played within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a dead heat (a tie involving more than two selections), winnings are divided proportionally among the tied selections.

• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the bonus wagering terms applicable at the time of the bonus grant.

• Accumulator bets containing a voided selection will have that selection treated as a non-runner — the accumulator will continue at reduced odds.
• jj33's decision on all betting disputes is final. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event.

• All casino games on jj33 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Outcomes cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party.
• If a game experiences a technical malfunction mid-round, the round will be voided and the bet returned to the player's balance.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an advantage is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
• Collusion between players at poker tables — including sharing hole card information by any means — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent banning from jj33.
• The use of automated betting software, bots or any third-party tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or jj33 is forbidden.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules displayed on screen during each game session and managed by the respective live dealer game provider.
• Progressive jackpot winnings are paid in full regardless of size, subject to identity verification.

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per IP address and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through different accounts is a serious breach of these Terms.

• jj33 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or cancel a bonus that has already been granted if evidence of bonus abuse is identified.
• Bonus expiry periods are stated in each promotion's terms. Bonuses not used within the stated period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• Free bets and free spins are awarded as non-withdrawable credits — only net winnings from such credits are withdrawable after any applicable wagering requirement.
• jj33 reserves the right to alter, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

• Operating multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Engaging in or suspected collusion, match-fixing, insider betting or any other form of fraud.
• Using automated software, bots or other prohibited tools on the platform.
• Attempting to exploit promotions or bonuses in bad faith.
• Conduct that jj33 determines to be abusive, threatening or harmful to other members or staff.
• Failure to cooperate with an identity verification or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) request within the stated timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, jj33 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance. In cases where the account is closed for other reasons (e.g., member request), the remaining balance will be returned to the member after standard verification checks.
